Custom Cabinetry for your home and workspace
Chase Cabinetry is a Welland-based cabinet maker serving homeowners and businesses across the Niagara region — from St. Catharines and Niagara Falls to Thorold, Fonthill, and Port Colborne.
Every project is designed from scratch around your space, your habits, and how you actually use the room. No stock sizes. No filler strips. No wasted corners.

Meet Chase
“As we approach our 10-year anniversary in June 2026, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the clients and communities of Welland and the Niagara region who have supported Chase Cabinetry throughout this journey. Reaching this milestone is an honour, and it reflects the trust our clients have placed in us over the years. We are proud to have served so many families, homeowners, builders, and businesses, and we remain committed to delivering the craftsmanship, care, and service that have defined our company since the beginning.”
— Chase Collings, Owner, Chase Cabinetry
Chase Collings
Chase Collings is the owner and designer behind Chase Cabinetry.
After completing Humber College’s Cabinet Making and Industrial Woodworking programs, Chase spent more than a decade in the Toronto area building custom cabinetry and millwork — everything from full kitchen builds to detailed finish carpentry. That hands-on background shaped a practical, detail-focused approach: measure carefully, build with strong materials, and design around how the room will actually be used.
In 2016, Chase brought that experience to the Niagara region and opened Chase Cabinetry in Welland. Today, every project still starts with a direct conversation with Chase and ends with cabinetry that was designed and built by the company that bears his name.
How We Work
Some cabinetry companies hand you a showroom catalogue and ask you to pick from what’s available. We do the opposite.
Every project begins with a conversation about what you need, what’s not working in your current space, and what matters most to you — whether that’s maximizing storage, matching existing finishes, or working within a specific budget. From there, Chase develops realistic 3D illustrations so you can see exactly what you’re getting before anything is built.
Pricing is upfront and itemized. Timelines are realistic, not optimistic. And if your century home throws a curveball mid-project, we figure it out together — not with a surprise invoice.
Whether it’s a full kitchen build, a bathroom vanity, a home office, or a single custom piece, the process is the same: designed for your space, built to last, and backed by more than two decades of hands-on experience.
What Do Our Customers Say?
We measure every project by one thing: whether it works the way you need it to, long after the installation is finished. Here’s what a few of our clients have had to say.
“Best experience with a cabinet contractor ever. We have built several homes and renovated many so we have dealt with many contractors… Chase is honest, reliable and does an incredible job.” — Gail Laflamme
“Always a better job than what I paid for! As a property manager for dozens of residential properties in Welland, I’ve used Chase for years and will continue to do so.” — Dan Christof
“He could have suggested I completely remodel my entire kitchen but instead offered a more affordable solution that worked within our budget… My kitchen is not only functional but appealing in every way.” — Robin Cardoni
Ready to Talk About Your Project?
Whether you’re planning a full renovation or just exploring your options, the best place to start is a conversation. No pressure, no sales pitch — just honest advice from someone who’s been building cabinetry for over 22 years.
Projects are overseen directly by Chase Collings, who is involved as the owner, designer, and cabinet maker. For homeowners, that means the person you’re discussing the design with is also closely connected to how the project is built and carried through to installation. That kind of continuity can make communication much easier and helps keep the vision consistent from start to finish.
Some homeowners really value that direct involvement because it creates a more personal and accountable experience. Instead of being passed between departments, you’re working with the person leading the project.
Not at this time. Payment is currently accepted by e-transfer, cheque, or cash, and credit card payments are not available. If financing is something you need to consider, it can still be helpful to discuss your project goals early, since timing or phasing may offer some flexibility.
Even without in-house financing, a clear quote can help homeowners plan next steps and decide what scope makes sense for their budget.
The best way to reach out is by phone, email, or through the contact form on the website. When you do, it helps to include a short description of the project, your location, and a few photos if you have them. That gives the conversation more direction right away and makes it easier to offer useful guidance from the beginning.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. Just enough information to explain what kind of space you have and what you’re hoping to improve.
That usually leads to a much more productive first conversation.

Getting started is often simpler than homeowners expect. The best first step is to reach out with the basics: what type of project you’re thinking about, where you’re located, what you’d like to improve, your timeline, and any photos or inspiration you already have. That’s enough to begin a useful conversation and start narrowing down the right approach.
You don’t need a finished plan before making contact. In most cases, the planning becomes clearer once you’ve had that first discussion and can start looking at the space through a more professional lens.
For many homeowners, the hardest part is simply starting. Once that first step is taken, the process usually feels much more manageable.
Call (289) 673-1355 or submit a consultation and quote request through the website. Chase Cabinetry is based at 42 Valencourt Drive in Welland, Ontario, and serves the full Niagara region. Workshop visits are by appointment only.
Yes. Chase Cabinetry offers free project estimates. The more information you can share at the start — photos, measurements, your location, your goals, and your timeline — the more specific and helpful that estimate can be.
A good estimate should do more than give you a number. It should help clarify the scope of the project, the options available, and what direction makes the most sense for your home.
That first conversation is often where the project starts to feel more manageable, because it turns a general idea into something more concrete.
Chase Cabinetry staff are graduates of Humber College Cabinet Making and Industrial Woodworking programs, which are well respected in Ontario. That kind of formal training matters because cabinetmaking is both a craft and a technical trade. It involves more than design — it also requires a solid understanding of materials, joinery, finishing, and how cabinetry performs over time.
When that training is combined with hands-on project experience, it gives homeowners added confidence that the work is being done with both skill and professional grounding.
