    The short answer is yes. We are licensed and insured.

  2. Do you provide free estimates?

    We offer the hassle-free assurance of a free project estimate.

  3. What kind of work do you do?

    We specialize in a wide-range of custom interior projects from small home improvement tasks such as trim work, to larger remodeling projects such as home and office make-overs. We design, build and install custom cabinetry, entertainment units, office furniture, tables, and other unique projects as requested by our clients.

  4. Do I have to worry about contracting with electricians, plumbers, or carpenters ?

    We will successfully manage all phases of the project. As needed, we also work with trusted partners, who are licensed and insured.

  5. What about zoning and permits?

    We will acquire all of the necessary zoning requirements and permits that are needed to complete your project.

  6. Do you provide a warranty on your work?

    We do provide a warranty on any work that we perform. The warranty varies depending on the work or service and you will receive full details prior to the start of any project.

  7. Who will be assigned as project supervisor for the job?

    During the project, Chase Collings, the Owner, Designer and Chief Cabinet Maker will work closely with you to ensure that project goals are met on-time and at the highest quality.

  8. How many projects have you completed in the past year?

    During the past year, Chase has concluded 33 projects.

  9. Have your employees been certified or had any special education, training?

    Our employees are true professionals and are graduates of the Humber College Cabinet Making and Industrial Woodworking programs.

  10. Is a deposit required for work to commence?

    Yes. An initial deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of the quote by the client.

  11. Do you offer financing?

    No. Unfortunately we do not offer financing at this time.
